ANDRIJ V.R. SZUL, ESQ.
Andrij V.R. Szul, Esq., Managing Attorney of SZUL & ASSOCIATES, is an accomplished Trial Lawyer and Arbitrator.
A 1980 Law Graduate, Andrij has handled more than 250 Trials and Arbitrations with much success.
He is admitted to practice Law in the State of New York, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and the U.S. Federal Courts.
In addition to the Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree (1980), he has earned two other graduate degrees, including a Ph.D. (cum laude) in Germany.
Dr. Szul has held significant positions with the City of Philadelphia, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and the State of New York, including service as a New York State Administrative Law Judge, State Senior Attorney, Court Arbitrator, Supreme Court Law Guardian, and Child Abuse Prosecutor.
He has also served as a Law Professor at the State University of New York (SUNY), Penn State University, St. John's University, and abroad.
Andrij is a member of the American Bar Association, Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the Bar Associations of New York State and Pennsylvania, Bar Associations of the City of New York, City of Philadelphia and Nassau County, and the Ukrainian American Bar Association.
He is a published author, having written a number of articles on Law, in addition to two books on Business Law (Contracts and Business Organizations) that were commissioned and published in 2004 for the Tobin College of Business at St. John's University in Jamaica, NY, and adopted there as required textbooks for graduate Law courses in the M.B.A Program.
